Father Christmas & Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer or Elfie, The Christmas Elf will provide an unforgettable Christmas for your gathering. Arriving in a superb quality Santa costume, Father Christmas enters your function ringing his Christmas bell and "Ho-Ho-Ho-ing" his big heart out with the frisky Rudolph or Elfie in tow. Giving out the presents you provide is only part of their jobs.

A heart-warming performance is involved, including singing of Christmas songs, handing out of lollypops and thrilling dialogue with each child. Santa & Rudolph or Elfie have original sections of scripted show to perform, including discussing the work they do together with Mrs Claus, the other reindeer and all the elves. A fascinating journey into the life of Santa, Rudolph, the Elves and what Christmas is really about... the joy of giving.

If you thought all Santa shows were the same, now experience how professional performers make the difference.

The party includes:

  • A one hour fully interactive show put together entirely by qualified teachers
  • The character "Father Christmas" in a superb quality costume, bell, Santa sack and all.
  • Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer accompanying Santa as his special helper
  • Christmas presents handed out from Santa's knee or your Christmas tree, with improvised dialogue with each child, and full photo opportunities
  • 3 well known Christmas songs that the audience can sing and dance along with (the performers bring their own stereo)
  • Story-telling throughout with scripted sections between Rudolph and Santa
  • 1 balloon animal, flower or sword made for each child by Santa OR face painting by Rudolph (children's choice) (optional at $3 each or $5 for both)
  • 1 colouring sheet for each child (customer provides colouring pencils)
  • The cost for this package for one hour without balloon animals and face painting is $510 (incl. GST) (1 hour usually allows for up to 50 children comfortably, 80 children maximum). Balloon animals or face painting are then charged at $3.00 each if desired, or $5.00 each child if both a balloon animal and face painting are ordered.
  • The cost for this package for one and a half hours without balloon animals and face painting is $585 (incl. GST), (1.5 hours usually allows for up to 75 children comfortably, 110 children maximum). Balloon animals or face painting are then charged at $3.00 each if desired, or $5.00 each child if both a balloon animal and face painting are ordered.
  • The cost for this package for two hours without balloon animals and face painting is $660 (incl. GST) (two hours usually allows for up to 100 children comfortably, 150 children maximum). Balloon animals or face painting are then charged at $3.00 each if desired, or $5.00 each child if both a balloon animal and face painting are ordered.
  • Added to the price is a small travel fee to cover the performer for travel from our office in Hughesdale to your party then back again. The travel fee is purely to cover petrol costs, car maintenance and the time it takes the performer to get to and from your party. The amount of this travel fee varies depending on how far the actor has to travel and is included in any email or phone quote issued by Tony Bones Entertainment.

TONY BONES ENTERTAINMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLIENTS

Payment & Cancellation Fees

a. Full payment is required on the day of the performance as a cash payment to the performer. Tony Bones Entertainment apologises but we do not accept cheques or credit cards.

b. The performer must be paid in full by the end of their show, thus before they leave the event.

c. Performers are unable to negotiate lowering a price. Any issues with price should be directed to Tony on 1300 308 311 before a performer leaves an event.

d. Cancellation Fees - No deposit is necessary. However once a client has "booked in" a time for a party, that time is set aside for your party exclusively, meaning that Tony Bones Entertainment will turn away other work wanting the same date and time. For this reason clients do need to be aware that there is a cancellation fee of $100 per performer if the booking is cancelled at any time after it is booked in with Tony Bones Entertainment. Furthermore, if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event, the cancellation fee rises to the total amount quoted for the booking. A party is only deemed to be booked in when Tony Bones Entertainment staff have spoken to the client and officially "booked in" the performance, or when the client has specifically asked TBE to "book in" the party via email.
